Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
The German version is the legally binding one.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Stanislav Bogdanov, Münsterstraße 325, 40470 Düsseldorf, Germany.
Phone: +49 151 24062411. Email: hello@bogdanov.coach.
2. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, an informal message to the email address above is sufficient.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (e.g. shortened IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
4. Forms (book pre-order, test application)
When you submit one of the forms on this website, we process the data you provide: email address and, optionally, name, contact method (Telegram/phone), role and other free-text fields. The IP address is also processed to prevent abuse.
The purpose is to handle your request and to contact you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox, and, where applicable, the initiation of a contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b)). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Email delivery (Resend)
To send confirmation and welcome emails, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor. Your email address and the message content are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR.
6. Storage of requests (Google Sheets)
Incoming requests are stored for administration in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland). The data entered in the form is transferred, along with a timestamp and IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in orderly processing (Art. 6(1)(f)) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
7. Spam and abuse protection (Upstash)
To limit automated form submissions, we use a service by Upstash, Inc. with a server location in Frankfurt am Main. The IP address is processed briefly to limit the number of requests per unit of time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Embedded YouTube videos
On some pages we embed videos via YouTube in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com, Google Ireland Ltd.). The preview image is served from our own server, so before you click your browser does not contact Google at all. The video itself loads only after you click the preview; only then can YouTube receive data (including your IP address). The legal basis is your consent via the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
9. Cookies and analytics (Google Analytics)
Strictly necessary storage: on its own this website sets no cookies beyond what it needs to work. The only thing stored is your decision about analytics consent (cookie “analytics_consent”, valid for 6 months). Without that record we could not honour your choice.
Google Analytics 4: with your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand which pages are read and which are not.
Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all: no analytics cookies are set and your browser makes no connection to Google. The script is only fetched after you click “Allow” in the banner.
What is processed: a pseudonymous identifier in cookies, your shortened IP address (IP anonymisation is enabled), the pages you open and the time spent on them, the referring page, browser and device type, approximate location at country or city level, and events such as submitting a form.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (the German telecommunications and digital services data protection act).
Transfer to the USA: Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition.
Retention: user-level data is stored in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months.
Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. After that Google Analytics is no longer loaded. Google also offers a browser add-on that switches the collection off: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

10. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the https prefix in your browser's address bar.
11. Validity of this policy
This privacy policy is currently valid. As the website develops or legal requirements change, it may become necessary to update it.
